Ron offered a great service, I had arranged transportation of a motorcycle from California to Utah while being across the Atlantic with 9 hours difference. The important issue for me was to be able to communicate with the collection address, the drop off address and the shipper, luckily for me all parties cooperated well and without Ron's flexibility and great communication this could have gone sour very quickly.
