Jess was knowledgeable of uship and explained how it works answering all my questions and concerns. His communication was excellent. He even picked up a trailer ball mount for me. Using uship saved me time and money. If I ever need their service again I'll accept Jess's bid as I know now from experience he would get the job done and overcome any and all obstacles.
