I used U ship to organize the shipment of a stairlift from Cornwall to Dorset. I found the web site very easy to use and received a good quote from a carrier within 1 hour on a Sunday evening.
I had a good idea of what sort of price to accept as I have shipped heavy items before and the Uship price estimator was pretty well bang on.
I accepted the quote and the goods were picked up next day and delivered that evening.
The carriers were exceptionally helpfull re delivery time, as I had to visit my wife in hospital that evening.
The whole experience with U ship from start to finish was excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever.
