For an open-trailer type shipping method I have nothing but good things to say. Responsible shippers with good communication and prompt reply's to text messages and phone calls. I purchased a bike from someone in Rockhampton and had it picked up from the previous owner and delivered to my door in Gold Coast. The bike arrived slightly dirty from the journey down but nothing a wash won't fix.
