Thomas shipped my pup from Georgia to Chicago and even rerouted her to me last minute when I got stuck at work late - so that I could stay late with a customer. He was great. His price was the best by far and gave extra special care for my little pup to make her ride comfortable during her first experience away from home. ; He was very trustworthy and gratious to me the entire time. ; He did not ask for deposit and unloaded the dog and crate before I even had to put my hand in my pocket. We had continuous communication during the trip and never once did I call him without hearing back within 2 minutes or getting directly connected to him. I have had a couple bad experiences with shippers in the past. ; This was like a dream the way we were treated and I would wish this kind of shipping experience for everyone to enjoy.
