all good..but you have scammers and you are not taking responsibility...ya I know..."we are not responsible we just connect the shipper and the person with the goods" Still your business depends on people trusting that they are not getting burned..
You should not allow zero feedback shippers to ask for cash up front....
what an easy rip off and you guys are just providing these guys with a forum in which to scam people....it is an easy fix.
(a consultant would have charged you twenty grand for that advice)
