Do not like the fact that I as a shipper can not communicate with the service provider till after accepting bid, this left me with a last minute drop out with a service provider. After paying the deposit I feel that I should not have to apply to get a refund instead of a credit towards a future shipment.
I have mixed feeling for uship being that I had both bad and good providers.
