Steve took on this job knowing it would be challenging to pull a 40' gooseneck trailer loaded with bikes through the mountains of So. Cal. Steve had delivered a bike to me a couple of years ago so I knew his character, which is mostly what I based my decision on to accept his bid, not soley on the fact that he outbid all other bidders.
He suffered a couple of major setbacks but persisted and delivered my GF's bike as agreed. I highly recommend Steve to any one for professional, conscientious service and reliability.
