When I first listed my need to haul a heater and tank a shipper called 1rstclassforyou won the bid. Communication with him was very poor. I had to keep calling him asking when he was going to pick up my freight. Finally after three weeks, I had to cancel him. John Payne was the chosen bid the next time and I was very pleased. He was very conscientious of the job and the communication was great. This is the first time I have used uShip and was very pleased with finally getting my heater and a pleasant experience. I will use uShip. What a great way to find transportation. I have had to find transportation for a horse and a vehicle in the last three years I wish I would have known about uShip sooner.
