A nephew wanted this bedroom set to remember his grandmother, who reciently passed away in NJ. We called all the commercial movers in the phone book and was told that 6 pieces would be very expensive to ship..Some told us to wrap and deliver it to a central shipping point or put it on a pallet wrap it put it in the driveway and a truck would come and pick it up in a couple of days. Too much work for us,it was all solid cherry wood and weighed about 800 lbs. A friend suggested uShip? Well we saved over a thousand dollars and we didn't have to do anything but answer the door the shipper did the rest. I will use uShip again or recommend it to other family and friends. We were called by the Shippers "boss" to inform us as to the exact time and date the furniture was to be delivered. Right on time...My nephew said they even put it in place in the upstairs bedroom. He gladly paid the balance and we are both happy, my nephew with a wonderful new bedroom set from his grandmother and his aunt & uncle had only to answer the door bell to make this happen. uSHIP IS ALREADY ON MY FAVORITES LIST ON MY MAC.
