I needed to move a classic car to my garage to get some work done on it. UShip seemed an ideal way to engage a delivery driver but the whole dates of transport seemed to confuse the first person who offered to move the car (took the earliest date as the date it had to be done by).
When a bid offer is closed, it's then impossible to contact the person back as UShip are overly concerned about people buying direct.
If the transport of the vehicle is in any way unusual then uShip seems to struggle with the fact that discussion needs to take place. Further, if you've got a transporter with no history or reviews, you want to discuss with them to ensure you're confident the delivery will actually take place.
The car did end up getting transported safely to the destination, but I believe uShip need to consider a few changes.
