I found the quoting, booking, accepting and feedback service easy to use. Contacting the service provider via uship was also easy.
The service provider alan Chambers was very cheery and friendly.
The only concern i had was with uship. It was unclear if the service provider received the booking fee taken on confirmation of booking from uship and therefore may not recieve their full amount quoted.
