I was given an upright piano by a friend but had no idea how to get it from their house to mine. I found Uship online and asked for bids. Pipistrells quote was very reasonable and prompt. They contacted me as soon as I'd accepted it and the piano was delivered two days later. I couldn't have asked for better service. Uship is pretty good, although when I paid my deposit with payPal it bounced back and I couldn't then find the 'ask a question' tab again which was a little frustrating! Overall though, I am a satisfied customer.
