"Shipping a huge fragile painting"

Local couriers quoted £180 and £160 plus VAT for this job. I was reluctant to use one of the big national carriers as the painting was extreemly fragile and needed very careful handling. Thanks to uShip I was able to find a specialist art/antique carrier to do the job for £74 including VAT and insurance. The painting arrived at its destination safely within 24 hours of collection. I would use uShip again and have already recommended them to a number of friends.
