Overall, It was ok.
However some comments:
Bidders reply is so slow especially if you are in a rush.
1. The current 'ask the bidder' option is not time efficient. It would be more helpful if USHIP could help customers with forwarding their urgent messages and assuring receipt of messages by the selected service providers/bidders. Bid price is not the only factor customers are looking for.
Example: I was desperate to transport my car latest in the afternoon as i would be at work the next day. Non of the companies could do it for that day. So I was going to just leave the car on a road in a town 100 miles away. Suddenly I received a call after I already got on a bus. Well no other choice or chance to bargain so I accepted the quote though beyond my budjet.
