I recently purchased a computer, scanner and printer on ebay, my first big purchase. There was only one problem - it was local pick-up only and the seller lived in West Yorkshire. I was in London! I looked online for parcel services and found that some of the leading names offered 48hrs delivery at a cheap rate for parcels under 30kg. This seemed ideal but then I decided to check a few forums for decent couriers for fragile items and learnt that this wasn't the best option because of the automated hub system (conveyor belt) at their depots. That's when I heard about Boxby. So I signed up and was lead here to uShip. The seller had made a great job of packaging my items and marking them fragile. He is a retired computer engineer and kept stressing the importance of the items remaining upright and needing TLC. When I placed my items up for bid I received a few quotes, asked a few questions, checked feedback and decicided to go with The Couriers, as they had excellent feedback. I couldn't have made a better decision. They were polite and professional and stuck to their word on pick-up and delivery dates (24hr). The items arrived in excellent condition and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be happier and have recommended The Courier to the seller and my friends. It truly has been an altogether great experience!
