Just to say that I completed the form with all the details of pick-up and delivery address. However, this information only reaches the shipping company partially as the subsequent web forms seem to have shorter fields. This is quite annoying as the courier has to ask for information already provided and I have to provide them twice!
Otherwise, everything worked fine and this is a well-thought through service.
