This is only the second time that I have commissioned a courier to pick up heavy items. The courier was great, easy to contact and was advised that the parcel had been picked up and contacted as to when to expect delivery. Prior to the allotted delivery time we had a phone call from the courier saying he would be with us in one hour. Bang on to the minute he arrived, I thought that was excellent seeing that we live in the South East where the roads are crowded on the weekend.
