Although I now have a satisfactory outcome to the task in hand it was very fraught, ending with an ultimatum and termination of the agreement given to the first courier having let my client down four times!
The second courier demanded payment up front and then disappeared off the radar which resulted in a Fraud Report being registered against him.
uShip were supportive Amar, Monica and Sophie responded promptly and gave sound advice.
I am currently awaiting a refund through the service guarantee of the fees paid.
