I purchased a Gladiator GearWorks GearBox (rolling tool cabinet) off of eBay that was listed as 'pickup only'. I arranged with my parents to pick it up on their way to visit me for the July 4th holiday, but a severe thunderstorm made driving treacherous, so they decided not to make the stop. I had used UShip previously for a similar item, so I thought I'd try it again. I received 3 bids in the first 24 hours, 2 of which were in my price range. One of those bids, belonging to Nick Mastejohn, offered door-to-door service. I decided to accept Nick's bid and arranged for him to pick up my cabinet. As I was working out the details with the seller, he mentioned he had several other GearWorks items for sale, not currently listed on eBay. I ended up purchasing two large wall cabinets from him for a very good price. When I asked if Nick could also transport these, he was happy to do it, for very little extra cost. He not only kept in close contact with me regarding pick-up and delivery, he also provided door-to-door service for multiple large/heavy items and both loaded and unloaded them. He was very professional, and the tool cabinets appeared well-protected during transport. Overall, my experiences with UShip have been very positive, and I will continue to use it in the future.
