I was a little nervous sending my beloved dog with someone I didn't know but I was quickly put at ease when I got an update just a few hours after pick-up. I was kept updated throughout her 3-4 day trip across the country and I know she was well taken care of and spoiled on her ride there! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to ship something and would not hesitate to use them again!!
