I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment this item was held in a storage unit and when we arrived the guy at the unit showed us where it was and we both agreed that we had no idea how it went in but it was not coming out.also the seller informed us that we were the second couriers that had turned up for this item and they also were unable to collect we put in a price for transport not for dismantling the item as well, we have left messages with the buyer and we have had no contact what so ever.i can not see how we are to blame for this

Unfortunately I did not receive any messages from the courier! The dimensions were listing. It also said it comes in one piece!

Initial problems with collection. Item delivered without problem, but deivery date & time were not confirmed. Courier was lucky I was in.

Jerry is very friendly and efficient. Got the shipment organised quickly and things arrived as scheduled and on time. Would definately recommend using him.

The company said they would get in touch regarding collection and delivery times. Unfortunately this did not happen. I was out when the delivery arrived, but luckely I don't think the guys had been waiting long. Very friendly. Would recommend.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I had provided the courier with the dimensions of the bookcase. Unfortunately it did not fit his van & he has not been in touch to make other arrangements.

Unfortunately I had to cancel this booking as only weight measurements given and I never expected the bookcase to be over 9ft tall. Apologies given and accepted by both customer and seller.
