A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The delivery needs to be Tuesday the 18th of April and the courier cannot do this date- communication has already taken place and a cancellation was suggested

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Very little communication then then sent a driver to collect a motorcycle without warning and had no real provision to transport safely..So the person who had sold me the motorcycle informed me they were not prepared to let the motorcycle go without it being securely transported..I tried to communicate with the courier and have had no response..I am very unhappy with all of this. I wish to receive a refund for the deposit and will arrange a reputable company to carry out the work

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I accepted the offer quote..only upon acceptance was there information that stated pick up and delivery dates. The item in question cannot be collected on that date and the courier cannot do any other time. Therefore I need to find another courier to do the job asap. The uship system needs to allow for this.. It's neither my fault nor the couriers but a fault on uships part
