Extremely happy with the service. Collected my car at a time that was convenient for me which is really unusual & a real sign of great customer service. Great guy & great communication. I always knew what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommended

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time After being advised by the service provider my car would be transported on 31/10/2014 I took the day off work after being unable to reach them by phone or email. On the day my car was due to be transported I requested the provider contact me to arrange a collection time only to be told they couldn't do it. I was also advised they wouldn't be able to for a further 2 weeks at least! Not impressed.

Great communication all the way through. Collected & delivered my car exactly when I was advised it would be. My mechanic also said the delivery driver was a thoroughly nice guy. Very happy with the service provided & would definitely use again.

Thanks for a great service Andy. Collection & delivery was delayed a little but that was fine because I was kept up to date on what was happening all the time. It was all done by Andy without me even needing to be there which was great as it suited my busy schedule. Just needed to leave a key for him & it all happened.
