I wish I could offer something positive here. The communications were poor from the start and the driver arrived unannounced to collect the bike. The shipment stopped half way across the States as the driver had been late for so many appointments he was fired. Despite my warnings to check paperwork was still there the Title of my bike has been lost. They do not contact me unless I prompt and the Title is still missing, probably forever. Utterly, utterly hopeless.
