Collected a bed from Bedford and delivered to us in Cumbria, fast efficient service was a total pleasure to see someone take such pride in their work, everything was wrapped up nice and securely, not a hitch or complaint you could make about Clive, my wife was super pleased this French bed arrived the day before her Birthday,
Clive thanks again buddy you have made my wife's day handling this with such care and attention, I hope you had a good journey back and enjoyed the cakes.

This is not my first time using uship, but after this experience, it will be my last, accepted the quote from this company and specified I wanted blanket wrap for the 5-piece bedroom furniture, worth £1000, expecting it to be in safe hands after reading the reviews for them, WRONG !!, it has been a total let down first they arrived in a short wheelbase transit, so the shop had to dismantle the wardrobes to fit in, ARRIVED DAMAGED WITH NO RESOLUTION FROM THE COMPANY. have to try & pay a repairer.

We apologise for your delivery, however we can not understand why the shipper decided to dismantle the units instead of giving us the opportunity to send in a larger vehicle. we feel the damage was caused on dismantling the item

They were the cheapest by £16 and so were booked, delivered today helpful guy and friendly,Concern is communication with the courier was really bad, i would have liked the gear sooner, and informed when they had picked it up.and some idea on a delivery date, The email address and phone number on Uship for the courier was no good, i got an answer once i asked Uship to contact the courier, which they managed to do, any Emails i had sent went un-answered,but they have amended now..EMAIL & NUMBER

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I offered to pay cash on delivery or for the courier to invoice direct via paypal he would not accept any of these terms and so we cannot agree on any other way, he want cash payment upfront with no insurance or agreement in writing i am not willing to do this. he left me totally stuck by leaving it to the last minute to drop this on me, costing me both time in man hours and wasted time travelling up to Durham myself. this cost will be paid back
