I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. i went to address to pick item up rang the customer 3 times with no answer then tx msg and still no reply.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Please refund my deposit. This courier wants payment in full before delivery and sent an invoice which is readable only so that I am unable to attach it to this email.

Hi Unfortunately we regret you cancel . However like stated by you no payment from your bank was possible, cash we do not accept for insurance purposes . We still inform to go to post office and make a bank transfer! Your request payment by PayPal for the sums involved was refused. The underlying issue of no booking no dispatch of a van and a driver.
