The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The courier,Les Balfour was unable to take care of the shipment because I had left it too late for him to organise.
His response to my acceptance was as follows:
Dear Nigel,I have just received your acceptance of my quote.I am sorry to tell you that you have left it far too late for me to pick your bags up tomorrow, I am fully booked all week and wont be near Birmingham,so I cant even pop in on my way to another job,I will try and get you another courier but you really should have given some

Everything arrived on time.
Just a couple of things I should mention.
The luggage arrived very dirty/dusty. The van used to carry them obviously hadn't had the floor cleaned.
Also a couple of the cases had what looks like oil marks.
Summing up, very happy with delivery timing but disappointed with the way they were handled.
Would use courier again, if more care was taken to keep items clean.

Cases were no worse than you would think in a van which is clean.destination was changed to extra 30odd miles then told hold cases 3 days & deliver to alternate destination for no extra..blamed wife for moaning..never mind..bit harsh for a charity job tho.was a fair guy.
