I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The service provider could not transport my car as contracted due to a breakdown. Did not communicate this until late in the day. They did not contact me afterwards to.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider gave an time to collect the vehicle (11.30am 12th Dec.)he did not turn up. Would only communicate through text and email. He said he would look at his diary and give another time for the following day. This he did not and did not answer by text and when attempts to phone him it went straight onto the answer phone. I have retained all the text messages for reference.
