The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment i needed the shipment collected and delivered the same day, my service provider informed me he could not deliver deliver as agreed

This is totally untrue. I quoted to move your items within 7 days, as you can see if you go into this job. Another courier you talked to online agreed with you to move them the next day, but you then accepted my bid thinking you were accepting his. I explained this to you, and tried to be as helpful as possible, so I don't understand why you have now said that I agreed to do it? This is simply untrue and unfair. My feedback is very important to me, this is my business, and you have lied.
