I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Customer consistently calls swearing and being rude, has text me rudely. I could not deliver the shipment as I could not collect due to the person I was collecting from not responding to my text, email or calls to arrange collection for me to deliver. I have tried to work with the customer however the consistently blame me.
