You can't make this stuff up. A wayward American delivering an Italian bike for a Canadian from an English port to the heart of London. It was my pleasure to meet Alan and his family, they treated me well indeed. They put me up for a couple of nights which allowed me to pull my bike out for a little site-seeing. The whole experience was one of life's little treats.

Israel met me at the train station in Felixstowe 10 minutes early for the trip to the bonded warehouse to pick up my Multistrada. He was polite, professional and helpful. It was clear that he's done this over and over again with capable and reliable results. We rode back to London together discussing economics, bikes, travel and culture. It was a great experience and I would have no hesitation to use him again or recommend his services to others. He treated my bike with care and consideration.
