After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I emailed customer to get information on pick up twice. He finally emailed me back 2 days afterwards in a rude manner to give me information that I should have known (according to him) but isn't. I found out that the shipment is going overseas and that the person that I'm supposed to be picking up from wanted actual shipping forms from me which I don't have. I emailed miletto and told him this wasn't going to work for me.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It is incredible ! A minute after booked the provider I sent him all contact infos and WROTE TO CALL IMMEDIATELY the persons at pick up to set for the schedule. He waited 4 days to call and now says too late and he cannot wait ! Also, I'm overseas, I had no answers from the provider for 3 days and Yesterday called him on the phone and told him again to call persons..He did not do that and wait another day, today ! He read for the first time my message yesterady ! Boh ...

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The provider is not telling all the truth. I Sent immediately all infos ! The ad said machine in a home basement. The person from I bought machine talked with provider and told me he did't want or set to move machine from basement. Maybe he sent bid without read well ad ! I had better offers but I choosed him cause his feedbacks. I lost better offers. and loose time ! I'm not here to fight, I will find another mover. I have all emails that prove what I'm writing with dates and hours.I'm honest !

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I made a mistake on weight and the mover ask me too much more money for the new correct weight. I prefere to relist it or find another moving solution. Thanks a lot.
