About Me
Having lived in France for a few years we are now moving to Austria. We will load and unload and follow delivery van in our own mini-bus. We are a (fairly) young couple, ready for a change.
Not sure what to write in here or how it is relevant to sorting a delivery.
I moved to Bulgaria from the UK in 2006. In 2009 I decided to try living in France and whilst I kept house in Bulgaria, where we go for summers, we spend winters working in ski resorts. However last year we set up a charity to help stray and abused dogs in Bulgaria and now need to move closer to Bulgaria and also somewhere cheaper than France, but still with good skiing, so going to try Austria.
So we have sold up here in France and have to be out by start of May. Yet to find a place in Austria so all furniture going into storage.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have a broken truck in Italy. I cannot manage it any more. I'm sorry

Unfortunately the whole experience of using Uship has been awful and cost us a lot of money and a huge amount of stress. The first company we booked (IVYFAM SPEDITION SRL-D) cancelled with around 10 hours notice. We then had to book another urgent transport as all our goods were outside and so it cost us an additional 300 Euros. Then the driver of that company allowed us to completely over-fill the van. This led to a 500 Euro fine. Then at the other end there were arguments about unloading.

Excellent service. Fantastic communication. Arrived for collection when they said they would. Lovely guy helped us load and carry heavier items and he was there at the storage facility the next morning as we were told he would be and he helped us unload. Couldn't have asked for better service and excellent price. Highly recommended.
