The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item is a UPVC Door which weights more around 45 to 50kg!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment i could not contact the seller of my purchase on ebay so i had to purchase another door, in a different area. cannot contact the service provider re collection at new address which he hadn't quoted for anyway
