Mike was very quick to respond and agree on the convenient time etc.
On arrival he gave me a call and was very polite and friendly at all times.
I was expecting to arrive to destination a bit earlier than him and we agreed that I will pay after delivery. Unfortunately, my train was cancelled and I had to ask him to agree on other payment option. Despite last minute change he had no issues to alter and postpone the payment until the evening. Great flexible and very reliable service!!! thank you
