Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

Shipper has failed to complete the contract,did not respond to phone calls or e mails and has failed to refund my $217.68. I have reported this shipper to the FBI for misrepresentation and fraud.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipper did everything he could to get the contract,including reducing the price by $20.I booked it,a PayPal invoice arrived for around $217 with a message to contact Wayne by phone.I paid promptly then contacted the phone number supplied.The guy at the other end said he couldn't help as he didn't know any shipper.I rang back one hour later and he suddenly knew what I was talking about,but said to ring back and speak to 'Wayne'his business partner.I rang the same Minnesota number again and
