The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Agreed time and date for collection - service provider turned up with an unsuitable vehicle (despite the car in question being a standard size and able to be driven).
Agreed to another time 5 days later and now the service provider is telling me, less than 24hrs before collection, that they are unable to honour the arrangement......have lost all confidence in their ability and am therefore looking elsewhere.
