I made a big mistake describing size and weight of my parts. Anybody could have screwed me over at this point but Bob figured out a way to make it all work. The most amazing thing is, I tried to compensate him with additional money and he actually refused it and said it was too much money! I had to force him to take the money anyway. Bob is one of the most honest and hardworking people you'll meet in this business.

They are very hard workers. I was little bothered by additional $85(truck rental fee) from the initial quote, but overall value was still there.

Extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to make delivery. What can you say about a guy thats willing to drive through snow storm to make pickups/drops. A+++
