The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer had already listed shipment before but provider never showed up so he re-listed shipment and I won the bid. Drove from Atlanta to High point,NC to pick vehicle up and found out that the original provider had come by the day before and picked item up. Lot of time and fuel down the drain. Customer wasn't aware that the original provider had come by and picked the item up; would still work for again.

auto was delivered, job was very stressful, custormer refused to answer phone when car was picked up, to help out in the delivery process, and money paid was not worth it, i wish i didnt take that job.

I emailed driver ALL neccesary information to pickup and deliver the vehicle and made it clear I won't be at the location upon delivery so I made a deposit of full agreed price. I was shocked to get calls over and over again from dirver to request information, he even called to get direction to a COPART. I felt like I was picking up the car my damn self. Dealing with this driver was very stressful and a waste of money

this shipper is a lier, he never noted auto does not have a key and my driver called him several times to inform him about this situation, knowing the car was already picked up he refused to answer his ph. At the drop off location driver spent an 1 and half hour cos shipper did not make arrangements with individual who was to take possession of the truck, i promise you this shipper is trouble all you will get from doing business with him is trouble dont even bother.
