Shipper wanted transport on date specific. Showed up on the time and day. Concession Trailer was not ready for transport as promised. Made two other unnecessary trips into AZ before trailer was finally ready. I was not contacted by authorities. Shipper's transport was twice the size and weight as listed (fully furnished Commercial Stainless Kitchen} we did NOT charge him more than our quote. Shipper has contact us to transport more trailers because we did such a good job.
Shame on you.

It has been nearly two years, however I feel the need to reply to your last post. 1. You charged me an extra $1000 above the quoted price since you had someone else complete the delivery. 2. I never inquired about having you move any other items (although I did ask the person who you subcontracted about a delivery.) 3. Even the guy who completed the delivery told me he would never use you guys because of all the complaints and screwy things you guys had done. "Shame on me", how dare you. LIARS.

Was a very positive experience. Definitely recommend these guys and will definitely use them again next time! I was very happy with their services.

One of the worst experiences in my life. They were over two weeks late. I had to threaten to call the police before they began to pay me any attention, then they held my trailer ransom for more money. I should have contacted my state attorney general. AVOID thewifeandi like the plague. Ask around, I believe my case is by no means unique with these guys. Recommending them would be a cruel joke.
