Was very please at this end. picked up next day after accepting bid. got to conn. in 14 days. New Haven people were rude and didn't call my cell phone and I was out of town at time. Said I owned them money, than charged rental fee because chair wasn't picked up on time. I didn't read small print about picking up on other end. Pleased with ponceco and would recommend them Lynne
