Montway is a broker not a shipper. The actual shipper is independent of Montway. My shipper did not call in advance of the pick up and even after repeated requests, did not call more than an hour prior to delivery. For a 2250 mile haul, this is unacceptable and poor business practice. The only good thing was is that the car was delivered without physical damage, although it was almost covered in oil that leaked from the truck above it on the trailer. Think twice about Montway!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The guy lied to me, he was stopped in Oregon and cited there and arrested there. He tried to pick up my veh at the police station but didn't have ID so they wouldn't release it to him.

Mr. Nelson drove through some awful winter weather to deliver this car on Christmas Eve. What more can you say about a man's character than being honest, taking great care of your posession, and delivered on time! If you have the opportunity to hire this man for any transport job, you will not be disappointed! As you can tell, I have nothing but the utmost regard for Mr. Nelson's transport.
