The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Hi, I received a message from the "shipper" that he could not fulfill his agreement due to having a full load. He also could not "cancel" on his end because this feature is not available on the"APP". You really need to add this cancellation feature to your "APP" as these drivers are always on the road and on the mobile app. My Best,Nelson
