The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped after excepting my bid i talked to shipper over phone and setup all time frames for pickup and delivery that evening talked with customer who i was delivering the puppy to and told her when i was picking up puppy and delivering puppy to her she called the shipper according to the shipper customer decided to have a friend go get the puppy becouse she could not wait until weekend to receive puppy thx mike

It was a joy to have such a sweet little puppy like Kaylan along with me, on the way to her new home in Chicago. Getting a new pup is such a happy moment in someone's life and I was delighted to be able to help it happen!!

Diane is a very nice and honest person to deal with she did everything she said she would do down to the last detail. Great person doing a great service for people who want to own pets. This lady has a heart for animals and is doing somthing about animals in need. Thanks for the job.

Great shipper! Perfect communication, punctuality, great care of our puppy, outstanding professionalism. I actually got a receipt!!!! Wish more shippers were like this one...it just can't get better than the service Kyle offers! Will use as often as possible!

Candy is a great communicator. There were unforeseeable delays and she kept us up to date. Great price. Unfortunately our little 2 pound chihuahua arrived at his new home covered in filth and extremely thirsty. Seems he hadn't been out of the crate for the whole 24 hours he was in route. Not good.

Diane your little chihuahua was out of the kennel several times. He just happened to do it just as we pulled up to deliver. I offered to clean it up. My question to you is how do you run a rescue without electricity. In your profile it say you provide everything for your animals. I didn't recieve anything for this pup. No leash, No collar, No food, All you gave me was the pup in the kennel. This pup had the best of care. You should check the grounds these animals are coming from. Not Good

Mike was great to work with! Communication was fantastic, professionalism was the highest. We had a lot of complications with this shipment and through it all, Mike was so wonderful and easy to work with! They went beyond the call and treated my doggies very special! I hope I have the honor of working with these guys quite a bit in the future!
