From the beginning Sally was wonderful! She went above and beyond my expectations of caring for and flying with my dog, even letting him sit on her lap during the plane ride to calm his anxiety. She was in contact with me throughout the entire process and made sure that not only the dog was at ease, but that I was as well. I cannot say enough great things about Sally.
