I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment It is true I did ask to reschedule the pick up date as long as it did not affect him in any way. However I did not change the delivery date. HE AGREED TO RESCHEDULE. I have it in writing. He never told me that he got a new shipper until the bike was already picked up. HE HAS BREACHED OUR CONTRACT, I did not. Had I known that he was going to get a new shipper I would have found a way to pick it up as originally planned.He deceived me by agreeing to reschedule and then finding a new shipper.

Suvmart cancelled due to fatigue: "Picking your bikes up next weekend would work out better for me....after working late nights I feel to drained to go on a long trip. I have a Monday morning appointment that was scheduled long time ago here in Knoxville. I just don't have enough time to go on this trip and be back in time safely without rushing and taking unneccesarry risks." He did this, let me down less than 2 days after promising to do the pickup. So I found another shipper.

Great door-to-door service. Let me be clear here: the bike arrived FROM MAINE in a covered trailer in the shipper's time frame with no hiccups and a congenial delivery man with an objectively positive and helpful disposition. ALL THE WAY FROM MAINE TO SILICON VALLEY and even after getting stuck in snow in Iowa for many hours they *still* made it on time, actually delivered on the 1st day of their 3-day window. GREAT JOB!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They were to have picked up my bike on the weekend, but called the night before saying "I'm too tired to drive, don't feel it would be safe to drive a long distance" and of course I was unwilling to say "I don't care if you're tired and you don't think it would be safe for you to drive, you said you would pick up the bike Saturday, I accepted your bid, now fulfill your commitment."
