The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services People arrived with an open bed trailer and a passenger car to move this $2,000 appraised Antique screen, and two other large Victorian lamps with a joint booking. They had a snowmobile on the trailer already, and it was not an enclosed trailer. The distance in the snow belt to drive our things would be ruined if they transfered any of them to the trailer. I would of shipped this item and continued my 5 star feedback/%100 pos.She was looking for an excuse to cancel her shipment,as she said she was having a stressful day and having money problems.We had the inside(8'x4'/4')ready for her screen.She said the items would not fit(A 6'3 item fits in 8' Carol).She then accused us of trying to put it in an open trailer with a snowmobile which would be ridiculous.Carol had a bad day, coupled with her metal health issues, she pretty much had a meltdown.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment GP CrossCountry showed up with an open bed trailer already holding a snowmobile. They were in a passenger mini van, with no room in the van to hold the antiques they had booked for. As soon as they drove away, they would try to put the things in the trailer with the snowmobile. They did not have moving blankets nor boxes as promised to hold the art glass lamps they were to pick up. they had two small bed blankets and a piece of foam, that would never protect the merchandise they had contracted t

BEWARE OF THIS SHIPPER,REQUIRE DOWN PAYMENT OR YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE HER TO COURT TO GET PAID!!!If she is having money or mental health problems,you will be sent away with nothing.Carol tried to come up with every excuse in the book to cancel at the last sec and blame someonelse(LOOK AT OTHER CANCELLATIONS!!!)We had all the equipment AND room for her shipment,as we have shipped MUCH more expensive and larger items then this.I am a PERFECT 5 star,%100 positive feedback carrier, need I say more?

Fast and smooth delivery. And beautiful equitment, with lots of room for our Antique Hall Tree. Careful and painstaking attention to all details of care for this piece. Steve went out of his way to make sure the piece was protected and that we were aware of its transport all along the way. It is really a wonderful blessing when you get such a hard working person, who is a great mover and such a nice person to deal with. We hope to have Steve move many items for us in the future.A1+++

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have pictures to support my claim. This mover does not have a vehicle worthy of taking on jobs. It is a rusted broken down pickup truck with a broken windshield just asking for a breakdown or accident. He showed up with a load already on the bed, and I imagine was going to try to tie a $3,000 dollar couch on the roof? as it would never have fit in the back in the first place. The vehicle is rusted and in terrible shape. There is an open bed with no cover to protect fragile goods from the elements. The mover never contacted me as to when he was coming to pick up. Upon arrival at my location he had what appeared to be an ujnder age girl who he employed to movner stopppede my large viictorian couch. The service for this move was exceptional. Right down to every detail. Lee went way out of his way to make the job a sucess. He drove across three states to pick up our item, that was left in the wrong place for his pickup. Then he brought the piece to us early even at midnight as we had to be at the airport the next day. People like this are one in a million. We will use Lee anytime he is available to do our moves. One of the very best movers on Uship. Handled our Antique like a "New Born" A1++

This mover is exceptional. He takes your calls on a dime, and brings your things on time ahead of schedule. I would recomend him highly, and safely.
