I no longer need my item(s) shipped The piece of equipment I needed shipped turned out to be defective and I had to cancel the shipment. The shipper was excellent and is highly recommended.

Thanks for trusting us with you shipment! When we went to make pick-up arrangements we discoved this machine had a bad tranny, hence the shipper's cancellation.

Bad experience overall. Shipper never contacted us after misplacing the shipment twice. Shipment was to be completed in 3 days. It was delivered 3 weeks after being picked up. Customer service and communication was non existent.

Customer changed delivery address to an out of area state. We did our best to get it to him. We will not outsource out of area states again.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Something is wrong with nthis service provider. I have made 2 phone calls and sent 2 or 3 emails to the provider and all I get is the run around. The truck was to be picked up by today,1 week after the bid acceptance. The service provider lastly agrred to call the day before yesterday or yesterday "at the latest" to discuss the details of this shipment. I have no confidence that this provider has any intention of providing the service and if they do not respond to calls and emails or call back w
