we went in the wrong direction due to entering the wrong town in the gps. she caled us later to see if we would just deliver the next day. which worked ot better for us.she gothe dog the next day a little later then what we had expected. she seemed happy to have him. she had even asked if we could even pick up another dog for her. we had said yes. she mailed us later to say it had been taken care of. we had no idea that she was dissadified with us until we looked at our feed back.

I really appreciate the great care David gave my rescue, Walter in bringing him to me so he can go on to his furever home. It was a joy working with David. I definitely recommend him to anyone wanting an item or a furbaby transported. Great communication and very well mannered!! Thank you, David!!

I was very disappointed because the service provider did not contact me, answer any of the several voicemail messages and email messages I sent before the shipment of my pet. I did not receive a call until they had already picked him up. I was told delivery at a certain time, but that did not happen or the next delivery time I was told. Finally received the following day because it would have been too late by the time they finally made it.

If there was an experience rating higher than positive, that would be with CSSship. The whole experience with them was fantastic. From start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport and I will definitely use them again!
